Just spent four nights in the Double Room with Balcony. Loved the fresh breakfast with omelettes and pancakes! The pool area was a great spot to relax after exploring nearby Desenzano. Only downside? Limited transport options to the train station. a fantastic stay!

The Palazzo offers exceptional service with a very helpful receptionist who assisted with bookings and local transportation. The breakfast was delightful, featuring freshly made omelettes and an impressive smoothie maker. Enjoying cocktails by the pool while being provided with complimentary snacks enhanced the overall experience. The pool area was great for relaxation, and access to the spa was a significant bonus. the location allowed for easy access to the town, making it convenient for exploring Desenzano.
The soundproofing in the room was lacking.

Quiet surroundings and excellent spa services included.
Unfortunately, the pool was too cold for comfort. The breakfast service was often inattentive, and I had to repeatedly ask for coffee. the signage from the train station was misleading, making our arrival stressful as we had to navigate back and forth.

Comfortable room, delicious breakfast, featuring a fresh juice machine and made-to-order omelettes, combined with a great location, within a short walk of the town center and easy access to nearby attractions via public transport.

Lovely stay with amazing staff
We spent 3 nights and loved how friendly the staff were. Great service all around! Breakfast in the room was a nice touch, and the comfy bed made for restful nights. Only thing? The Wi-Fi could be faster. Otherwise, perfect spot near the lake and a lovely bar area.

We had the Double Room with Balcony, and it was perfect! The room was clean and modern, and the balcony view of the pool and lake was stunning. The rainfall shower felt luxurious. Only downside was a bit of a tight squeeze with luggage since our economy room felt small before. But overall, great spot to unwind!
